3 rooms, of which two with king size beds and one with 1+1, 1.90mt beds.
2 complete bathrooms (one in suite).
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, Micro-wave, and washing machine. All sets for 12 persons.
Living room, dining room with TV sat, DVD player, and radio CD player. A round table for 6/8 persons.
1 big Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, and private pool (cleaning up twice a week included).
Several towels sets.
The village is in Playa Blanca at 500mt from the small port Marina Rubicon with its bars, restaurants, pizzerias, elegant stores and a commercial centre with supermarket, game room and bowling. On Saturdays there is also a “mercadillo” of local handy-crafts.
The centre Playa Blanca can be reached in approx 15 minutes following the marine walk or by car, 1km approx.
Tennis club, golf club, diving, and horse riding or camel trips. From the port of Playa Blanca a Ferry leaves out each hour to Fuerteventura. The airport and the city of Arrecife are at 30 minutes by car. All tourist points are near to Playa Blanca and can be reached in no more than one hour. For any necessity there will be personnel at your disposal.
